Educational Grant
At the 23rd SIES International Congress, biomedical companies will have the opportunity to make one or more Educational Grant available, in accordance with the provisions of the MedTech Europe and Assobiomedica Code of Ethics to which these Companies adhere.
VALET srl Organizing Secretariat, together with SIES, will select a certain number of health workers who have the requisites required to be able to benefit from them.
SELECTION CRITERIA
VALET Srl reports some selection criteria that will be considered as preferential with respect to the acceptance of the request:
Professionalism: Medical Surgeons
Territoriality: health workers residing in the national territory
Participation in SIES and Valet training modules
Presenter of conference abstracts
Registration with the SIES Association in compliance with the annual fee
In compliance with the provisions of the MedTech Europe and Assobiomedica Codes, the Organizing Secretariat will in no case (even at the end of the event) communicate the names of the selected participants to the sponsors.
Likewise, the Organizing Secretariat cannot under any circumstances (even at the end of the event) communicate to the selected participants the name of the Company thanks to whose contribution their presence at the Congress was financed.
For this reason, during the reporting of the event to Age.Na.S., for ECM purposes such participants will not be recruited directly by the sponsor company.
Two types of training grants are available:
HOW TO USE THE TRAINING CONTRIBUTIONS OFFERED BY THE COMPANY
Health professionals interested in participating in the selection must make a specific request to the Organizing Secretariat by filling in a specific form, signed and accompanied by all supporting documentation.
The request must be sent via email to the following address: congresso@valet.it indicating in the subject "GRANT FORMAT REQUEST"
HOW TO REQUEST THE TRAINING GRANT
Your updated and signed CV must be attached to the application. (The lack of this document will result in the automatic rejection of the request for assistance)
Changes are not allowed after the request is sent.
TIME OF PRESENTATION OF APPLICATION AND ACCEPTANCE
The request for the request for the educational grant must be sent by 15/04/2021. Requests that will be sent after this date will not be considered. The evaluation of all requests will be made by April 30, 2021. After that date, the Organizing Secretariat will send applicants a communication concerning the outcome of the selection.

- formative contribution to cover the registration costs for the 23rd SIES International Congress, the stay in a **** Hotel (max. 2 nights) and the return trip
