The services of the SIES congress

The congress offers several scientific rooms. Some of these rooms have restricted access only for holders of the following badges:
- STANDARD ATTENDEE
- SPEAKER
- YOUNG DOCTOR
- THURSDAY ATTENDEE (only for the day of registration)
- FRIDAY ATTENDEE (only for the day of registration)
- SATURDAY ATTENDEE (only for the day of registration)
- EXPO DELEGATE (available only for exhibitors)
The reserved rooms are:
- EUROPA ROOM
- ITALIA ROOM
- AVORIO ROOM
- BIANCA ROOM
On the other hand, the following rooms are considered OPEN ROOMS, with access granted to all badge holders:
- YELLOW ROOM
- SIES ARENA
- TRAINING ROOM
All workshops and company symposia, even if organized in reserved rooms, are freely accessible.

For the Standard Member and Daily Thursday Member categories, registration is included in the registration fee. Since this is a limited number course, registration is still required.

Access to the LUNCH area is a restricted service.

The service is available on Fridays and Saturdays at the designated service spaces and is INCLUDED for holders of the following badges:
- STANDARD ATTENDEE
- SPEAKER
- YOUNG PHYSICIAN
- THURSDAY ATTENDEE (only for the day of registration)
- FRIDAY ATTENDEE (only for the day of registration)
- SATURDAY ATTENDEE (only for the day of registration)
- EXPO DELEGATE (available only for exhibitors)

For holders of all other types of badges, if interested, it is necessary to proceed with the purchase of the service, which can be done online or directly at the conference secretariat

A conference kit is provided that includes:
- Congressional bag
- Block notes
- Certificate of attendance
The congress kit is reserved for holders of the following badges:
- STANDARD MEMBER (also provides FAD CME course following the congress)
- SPEAKER (also provides FAD CME course subsequent to the congress)
- YOUNG DOCTOR (also provides FAD CME course subsequent to the congress)
- DAILY THURSDAY
- DAILY FRIDAY
- DAILY SATURDAY

For all other categories there is no kit delivery

It is a designated area with tables, chairs, lunch buffet, permanent coffee break.

Access to the VIP LOUNGE area is available with additional registration and is reserved only for holders of the following badges:
- STANDARD MEMBER
- SPEAKER
- YOUNG DOCTOR

The VIP LOUNGE area is located on the mezzanine level of the exhibition hall (access via escalators)
