ABSTRACT SUBMISSION RULES

         
Abstracts should only be submitted via the online abstract submission form.

Submitted abstracts must be original works and must be clearly stated:
- Introduction
- Objectives
- Materials and Methods
- Results
- Conclusions

Abstracts must be accompanied by a bibliography.
A maximum of 10 bibliographical references can be included.
Abstracts that overlap with papers already presented at other conferences and/or scientific events will not be accepted.

The abstract should not contain commercial references (product or company names) except in the space where the specific question is asked.

Acceptance or rejection of the abstract is subject to the judgement of the Scientific Committee, which will assess the work according to the following criteria
- Originality and relevance of the topic
- Scientific validity

INSTRUCTIONS FOR PREPARING THE ABSTRACT
The presentation may be in Italian, but the slides must be in English or in two languages
Title:
The title must be in dual language (Italian and English).
Use a concise title and do not use any abbreviations.
The title must not exceed 150 characters.

Abstract:
the text of the abstract must not exceed 300 words excluding the bibliography. Abstracts of less than 200 words will not be accepted.
Please check carefully for typing and/or grammatical errors.
The abstract will be published in the Abstract Book as submitted.
In the case of studies conducted in humans, authors must state that the study has been approved by the Ethics Committee. Authors must also declare that the research reported in their paper was performed in accordance with the Declaration of Helsinki and international principles governing animal research.

Registration of the Rapporteur:
Acceptance of the paper is subject to the registration of the speaker.
When completing the registration form, the selection of the registration mode will be expressly requested.

Topic:
When submitting the abstract, you will have to choose the topic with which to associate it.
Only one topic can be chosen per abstract.
The topic indicated in the form is not binding in the definition of the congress sessions by the Scientific Committee.

Due to the needs of congress organisation, the Scientific Committee reserves the right to change the type of presentation from oral to poster with permanent report.

DEADLINE

The deadline for abstract submission is 30 October 2024.
For work management reasons, abstracts submitted by e-mail will not be accepted, but only through the online form.

Notification of acceptance
Authors will receive an abstract acceptance e-mail from 20 November 2024. Subsequently, the inclusion of the abstract in the most suitable session of the conference programme will be notified.
As soon as the abstract acceptance e-mail has been received, the author must register for the Congress by paying the relevant fee. The inclusion of the abstract in the Congress Programme is subject to the positive judgement of the Scientific Committee.

Each speaker can send a maximum of 3 presentations.
